    i agree its pricey but for a breeder / pro i suppose its ok

    they don't need a incubator, it was just something i was looking at, a incubator just helps to keep the temps correct at all times etc

    Im sure that here in the good old uk you can get one cheaper- ebay etc.
    Thankfully you dont need one for the pygmys. My next chams will be side stripes, luckly they birth live young .

    You dont need a incubator for pygmy eggs, butt for eggs from other chameleon species it can be handy.

    But if you look at European prices, they are much cheaper.

    I have the exact same incubator, but I havnt had any eggs to try it yet lol

    Where I live the problem is keeping the eggs cool enough in the summer. But I found something to deal with that problem too. Mini Fridge/Warmer w/Digital Thermostat
    Chills to 44 degrees Fahrenheit and warms to 140 degrees so it works for pygmy eggs or bird eggs (or toaster oven). It's not that big though. I've seen the same thing on reptile sites for more money.
