how many times a week should i be dusting and what to use,d3,without d3 and nutrabol

Hi there. I give my pygmy chameleons pure calcium two to three times a week...three times more so to the females incase they are developing eggs. Vits I give once a week or every other week using Komodo Chameleon or Miner-All (0) Sticky Tongue. Nutrabol is ok also. I also gut feed my insects with carrot, broccoli, fish flakes, rat nuts and bee pollen.
There is a suggestion that pygmy chameleons produce their own d3 as they are not exposed to the sun as much as other chameleons.
Mine thrive on this feeding regime.

thanks for that, i have read that springtails are good for the viv but i am having trouble finding any for sale, can anybody help

I have tropical woodlice in my vivs and they came from Dartfrog.

do pygmys eat them or are they the cleaning ladies !!

Well they are in the viv for cleaning but the chams will snack on them also
