    Default First Home: Almost There

    Hi guys,
Heres the progress, long way from just a pile of acrylic, steel and mdf, and I must say I am quite happy with it.
Have added an 80mm vent to the tank and the rear of the hood for some extra airflow. Main ventilation is nylon insect mesh attached with velcro the length and width of the opening section of the hood (12mm mdf) which has 5 x 72mm holes drilled in it.
Substrate is 40l of hydrodrain, hydro fleece then coco fibre. Have some bark i might put in too.
    Lighting is a 36" ReptiSun 2.0
Branches and vines were collected from near my house given a bath in a light bleach solution,a thoroughly good shower and then dried out.
I am waiting for a few plants and some springtails from Dartfrog (I didnt realise they were on holiday) then I`m there
Then all that remains is to get my new little family!! Can`t wait!
    Hope you enjoy the pics!
    Michael
