What size terrarium ?
Was just wondering what size terrarium you would suggest .. I am looking at getting two pygmys .. I can either have a 30x30x45 or 45x45x60 .. Was going to get the bigger one as I want to give my little chams more room. Cheers. And what watt bulbs would you suggest .. 5% uv and what sun glo bulb ?

Hi Steve,
The 30x30x45 would be ok for 2, I had 5 in a 45x45x60, but I think it was a bit cramped for 5. I now have a 60x45x60 which is loads better and hopefully will be putting 6 in there. As for lighting I have a 5% uvb and 2% for the plants. No other lights for heat. My tank keeps a constant temp of 70f. You will probably not need a heat lamp in an exo that small. Just make sure you get the 13w uvb instead of the 26w.
Don't forget to post pics of your set up once you get it all ready!
As the 30cm top canopy only has one light fitting the exo terra repti glo 5.0 compact lamp should be ok on its own ?

yes, but as i mentioned, make sure its the 13w bulb, the 26w will be too strong in that sized terrarium
